The top 30 entries will be on display for public voting from 9<sup>th<\/sup> to 18<sup>th<\/sup> February 2023. Raffles Jewellery Designer <strong>NG Yu Kee<\/strong> won the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> runner-up in this year&#8217;s competition, beating out of more than 100 entries received for this year\u2019s competition.
