Raffles College of Higher Education is proud to share that Raffles Fashion Designer, Angelia Tamara PUTRI, is one of the top 50 finalists of Arts Of Fashion 2023, shortlisted internationally across 116 Schools and Universities over 28 countries.
We are also elated that Raffles College of Higher Education is the ONLY Singapore Design institution with a finalist in the Top 50.
The theme for this year’s competition is INFLEXION, and the 50 selected fashion students will be able to showcase their visions in a unique fashion show in December 2023.
