Having small class sizes in raffles allows each student to receive more attention and work efficiently. Lecturers can tailor their instruction individually hence students feel more engaged. Also, we connect more with our peers, which enhance learning and design skills. Positive learning environment is created throughout the class, we are encouraged to share ideas and have lots of discussion, sharing and learning from each other promotes diversity and inspires creativity.
