Raffles College of Higher Education is excited to share that three Raffles Fashion Designers, @andreea.angelique of @andrea.fashion.portfolio , @flnyfstine of @felionyfaustine , and @alice_wto of @itsaliceandwint were the top 10 finalists of Lendlease’s Trash to Couture Competition 2023.
The final was held at the atrium of 313 Somerset on 11 May 2023.
After much deliberation from the judges, Raffles Fashion Designer Andrea Angelique KARUNDENG emerged as the 2nd Runner-Up.
This competition showcased budding fashion designers’ approaches towards Sustainability and their interpretation to upcycle trash creatively into couture pieces.
Congratulations to Raffles Fashion Designers, Andrea Angelique KARUNDENG, Feliony FAUSTINE, and WINT Thawdar Oo for their outstanding design concepts and achievements in this competition.
