The Covid-19 crisis has forced fast fashion brands to think creatively and innovate faster to meet consumer needs and reach target customers, including how to use AI, AR, big data, Apps, social media, etc. The aim of this project is to explore the current sustainability challenges within the global fast-fashion retailers and supply chain, and design a strategic solution to seek new perspectives on promoting sustainable development in the industry. The QR tags on clothing allows customers to understand the origin and source of the clothes they buy. Smart fitting rooms use RFID technology to allow customers to experience a personalized shopping experience in a physical store.
