KFC, also known as Kentucky Fried Chicken, originated from the United States of America (USA) and established the first restaurant on Somerset Road, Singapore in 1977.
Today, KFC serves more than 1 million customers each month through over 80 stores across Singapore. This makes KFC one of the largest fast-food chains in Singapore. The College is proud to have Raffles graduate, Mr Amos Ananda, on campus to share about his past collaborations with KFC to design National Day merchandises in 2021 and 2023.
This year, Amos will be offering a 6-month mentorship to 3 selected designers to refine their selected concepts into new merchandises for Singapore 2025 National Day, which celebrates the nation’s 60 years of independence i.e. SG60.
The College would like to thank Amos for opening this design challenge to Raffles Designers and Marketers, and we look forward to a successful collaboration to celebrate SG60!
