My journey from studying Architecture and Environments to pursuing a Master's in Design Management at Raffles Singapore has been both challenging and transformative. In my undergraduate years, I focused more on visual execution and technical skills. However, the program at Raffles encouraged me to shift my perspective — from making things look good to understanding the strategic thinking behind design. The courses combined theory with real-world projects, and the lecturers brought in diverse, practical insights. This experience has expanded my understanding of design from both creative and managerial angles, and has prepared me to approach future design work with more confidence and clarity.
