Studying industrial design at Raffles Design Institute in Singapore is very fulfilling every day. In class, it is often seen that design ideas from different countries collide to create new sparks, and the teacher will teach us step by step. The studio is equipped with advanced facilities, including industrial-grade and desktop 3D printers, as well as professional modeling software. The practical class starts with drawing sketches until progresses to making physical objects. I can also team up with students from different majors, who provide different perspectives on problems and together we come up with design plans that catch people's eyes. The school is in an excellent location in the Orchard Road business district, surrounded by shopping malls and exhibition halls, which enables us to draw inspiration from real life.
