In partnership with Mr Jack SIM, Founder of Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP) Hub and the World Toilet Organization, and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), Raffles Design launched the Batik Design Contest SG in February.
The Batik Design Contest SG is a quest to reinforce Singapore’s ability to create harmony by embracing our diverse cultural identity as a nation. This contest aims to create a common space to unite our unique Singapore experience through the creation of batik prints that represent our evolving cultural and social environment.
Look out for Raffles Designers’ submissions at the exhibition at ION Art in September!
