As Principal of Raffles College of Higher Education, I am especially privileged to present Design Forward, our graduating cohort and their achievements.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

There are certain images that immediately imprint themselves in our memories, startling, transporting and palpable. They are so fully realized and dimensional that you can almost feel them in the air and on your skin, design boundaries are shifting and at times the lines are blurred. All around us the creative boundaries are expanding and changing at tremendous speed. This is a time when you need to stop and reflect on the past, the present and where we are going in the future. You as a student are at a turning point and you need to contemplate what is next in response to a world that is still off balance and permanently changed by the events that took place over the past years. This is a time where you need to react and reflect on what has happened and to re-imagine and re-design the new adventure that you will embark on. Design Forward is the future that is yours to create.<\/p>

As this new certainty settles into the mind of each graduate tonight, it is again that familiar ritual that occurs every year, where the graduating cohort leaves Raffles College of Higher Education to begin to live the life and career that our dedicated staffs has prepared them over their many years of study.<\/p>

As Principal of Raffles College of Higher Education, I am especially privileged to present \u201cBold New Day\u201d \u2013 Raffles Graduation 2022.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The past few years have proven to be extremely difficult and extraordinary which greatly affected our daily lives. This year is very special as it marks for all students the end of an exceptionally new way of not only studying but also a new norm of living. This graduating cohort has had to change the way they learn and how to face a brand new world once they embark on their careers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

What a challenge it has been these past few years and what will this new future bring? With the passage of time, we have embraced the changes that have been thrust upon us and we have come out much stronger. We have persevered and, in a way, re-invented ourselves to face these new challenges. This pandemic has transformed us, and what seemed impossible has now become possible. The graduating cohort of 2022\u00a0 will realize that today is the first day of a brilliant new future.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
